We were introduced to you before embarking on a major building project on our home. Our then insurer would not offer us cover due to the extent and nature of the works and the prolonged unoccupancy. You explained to us all about your Renovation policy with Contract Works and Liabilities cover and how to make sure that all aspects were adequately covered. You worked with our architect, surveyor and contractors to gain all the necessary information in order to satisfy underwriters and when we had a claim during the project you dealt with it professionally and swiftly such that there was no delay to the project.
